Thank you for your message. The wedding was before you took over management, so my review bears no reflection of your work since taking it over.
The problem regarded my specific requests not being met and poor quality of the flowers, so there is nothing that could have been done before the wedding to rectify the problem.
For example, the buttonhole flowers were the wrong colour, one of the corsages was the wrong size, many of the flower petals were broken and bruised.
I am posting there here so people can see my complaint has no connection to the new management. I am glad to hear the business has new management and I am sure you're doing a fantastic job.

I ordered my wedding flowers from this florist, and I was rather disappointed. The service up until delivery was friendly but mediocre, as when we received the flowers, some things were not quite up to scratch. Some specific requests were not met and most of the petals on the corsage flowers for my bridesmaids were bruised. Not quite good enough considering the price I paid.

I have no record of your wedding on my book so am unable to see where exactly we went wrong. We can only apologise and hope that you would have discussed this dissappointment with us personally- maybe we could have amended the problem before your wedding started. Please be aware that as of the 1/11/10 we are now under new ownership i have done several weddings over the last 4 months with not a single complaint, I would appricate you posting when your wedding was done by us and maybe popping by the shop to see if our standards have been raised since the previous owner has departed.
