We had a far less than positive experience with Lexus Brighton when recently shopping for a new family car. Having test drove multiple vehicles we had finally settled on getting an RX from Lexus Brighton. Having done 2x test drives we were known to the dealership and arranged a third appointment to negotiate a price on an RX that was on run out. What followed was the strangest of behaviour / tactics I've ever seen by a sales person. First up the dealer told us that as the car was on run out they would sell it for a 'ridiculous price'. They asked for an offer (which we gave and were then told was too low and needed to be higher). The sales person then refused, despite multiple requests to provide a sell price for the car. A very strange and frustrating experience given we had made the trip to the dealership to BUY the car that day. Great service and they take pride in looking after the customers with all the associated features of membership from sports events to musicals etc!
