I paid 97% of my car value on last Wednesday with the thought of saving both parties time in transaction process as an preparation for my appointed pick up date, which is Saturday last week. Then on Friday (07.11.2014) afternoon I received a call at 5pm to inform me there are some scratches on the front bumper of the car. There are options provided: 1. I pick up my car on time, then they will go and collect it to fix it later. 2. I leave my car there, they fix it, delivered to my address in the mid of the week. I chose option 2, just to simplify the process. In return, I have got no news or feedback about my car condition and work progress, until I reached out today (4days after the incident informed, but if the weekends are not counted then it's 2 businesses days) and find out that the car is still there at the dealer and it will only be picked up by the service department at 10am tomorrow.
