LG Service Centre

LG organised for this company to repair my dishwasher the technician was arranged to come out and said that he is unable to repair as he was unable to get the dishwasher out for repair ( it just slides out) and would organise with office for another time to come out the next week( that was February) ok no problem but received no communication from the office or the technician for a rescheduled time or anything else, I called to find out date I was rescheduled for told I'll receive an email (didn't get one) anyway after weeks went by and no email, I called the the warranty guys who thought the job had been completed told them the issues weeks turned into months (it's now july) Jason's pty ltd stated there was and is no notes regarding the rescheduled repair and the job was cancelled and it was LG warranty that was the issue was caused by, as we were explaining that the technician was to reschedule the repair after the first visit we were told there not the ...read more

So LG organised Jaxson at Arndell Park to have a look at my new washing machine for a intermittent fault.Showed their technician what it was doing (or not doing) on a recording on my mobile, he stared at my mobile and washing machine for about 15 minutes , looked at my video again and informed me it had a faulty clutch. So after some days later with LG and Jaxson on the phone to follow up when it was going to get fixed i was going nowhere.Turns out their technician, (i think he was anyway) told LG and his boss JAXSON no fault found, this after viewing intermittent fault on phone and telling me needs a new clutch.I finally was able to get LG to send a other authorised repairer they use, a company called AGWS @Wetherill Park. They came out quick , fixed machine in 4 days (waiting for genuine part to arrive )no problem.Moral of story , avoid Jaxson at Arndell Park, staff and the woman answering phone no idea, Use AGWS @ Wetherill Park instead, they are truly amazing.
