2 days later, one window stopped working, one headlight blown, and check engine light coming on and car going in limp mode.
Found out its a problem with either timing sensors, timing chain, or ECU (engine management computer) needing to be remapped.

Unfortunately I didn't do web research into liberty motors until after I had purchased a vehicle which was a mechanical write off after 55 kilometres.
Hopefully other people will read this and will avoid being ripped off like I have been.

The owner has requested that I let people know that the above issue has been resolved.
I would be dishonest if I said it was totally resolved to my satisfaction but the issue was not directly the result of the business owner and he has taken steps to correct the situation.
