Overall the experience with most of the employees is good, with one notable exception. One staff member is a rude person who is seems completely dis-interested in servicing the needs of her customers in my opinion. When faced with an issue, they constantly talk over you in an aggressive manner. They are unwilling to provide assistance when a tenant is faced with a property emergency even 5 minutes after 5pm. Need a reminder that they are in a service business and should treat their customers with respect.
I have been a tenant of Liberty's for the past 18 months and I have found the service to be first class. My property manager is always helpful and she will do anything to help. She and the staff are always really friendly, saying that I am always friendly to them!! Maybe Razza et al should try being nicer!?
I completely concur. Everybody except one particular staff member are brilliant!
