Icecream no doubts are good. But to use red icing on a Frozen cake when clear instructions was given is to use blue. You have 2 very grumpy kids on their birthday party. #reviewtowin
As the image you provided us was red, our cake decorators suggested to you that the piping would look better this way.
When we spoke you said the cake was great, however you would've preferred the piping in blue. Whilst we're not sure that the kids were grumpy because of this, we did offer you a discount. Your comment was that unless you got free ice cream, you would post it all over facebook. Whilst we are always very open to discussion and always aim for our customers to be 100% happy, we do not stoop to blackmail.
Firstly, I gave clear instructions for a frozen blue icing. I didn't ask for a suggestion. It's crystal clear you guys have a problem with following instructions.
Secondly, everyone knows that a Frozen theme cake, its colors are white and blue not red.
Thirdly, I don't blackmails, but a 10% off my next purchase is hardly an apology. And I expect a call back, not a email, instead I need to call you to tell you my frustration.
Lastly, lets just say I will not be coming back to buy any cakes nor would I recommend your business to anyone. I agree your ice-cream quality is good, but your skills set with cake decorations and handling customer feedback needs polishing.
One more thing. My photo DO NOT have a single dot or any mark of red colour. I am "unsure" how you think my frozen theme cake will have RED. Probably like your email reply (copy and pasted below)

We did speak on the phone and I said I would email you once I had a look at the photo, which I did on the same day.
I did apologise to you for the colour error and you did say to me that you would put it all over facebook if I did not give you free ice cream.

In any case, yes we got a colour wrong on your cake and for this I apologised.

We have been ordering cakes here for over 5 years now and the thing that we love is the great variety.
This year we had a photo cake for the first time, which turned out great.
Ice cream is fantastic quality as well.
