i am so glad that Michelle came out to help me the first time i had a car accident that i bumped into the front car. she came within 10 minutes as she promised. she has rich experience that she explained the whole procedure about towing and holding my car and about calling my insurance company. she is very considerate and offered to drive me home. my questions to her were always answered timely. she kept in touch about the car when she dropped it off to the repairer to keep me updated. after all her being sincere, helpful and vibrant did cheer me up after the accident.
