Fully agree with the other two posts. Post offices are franchises from Australia post. Lidcombe is probably the worst I use. Understaffed...zero rating on customer service.... In the past month I've had 4 SMALL packages go missing...all the tracking numbers say that have been delivered...but nil have been received. During this period many other packages got here. Want to say safe...use others where you have the option......disgusted.
Not very helpful and very curt when talking to them, they are in the customer service industry and they are terrible, not helpful at all, they show no signs of every knowing what customer service is and from now on i will have my mail redirected to another post office.
Very dissatisfied with the service... I got a 5kg Post Express satchel knocked back because it was 40g over (this equates to 7 sheets of a4 paper or a bubble wrapping in this case as I weighed the content before packing)... With the amount of express satchels that we buy (the company I work for), this is just a disgrace (but then even if it was a one off, I am sure that there is place for certain amount of leeway and understanding from the staff)... If it was 100g or more I certainly would understand but 40g???
Anyway thanks to the lovely staff at Homebush post office who accepted it! Guess what Lidcombe Post Office you have just lost a client!
