Mattie has a Bachelor in Counselling, a Graduate Diploma in Mental Health and is currently enrolled in the Masters in Counselling. She has experience in trauma, mental health issues such as depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder, relationship issues, family counselling and personal counselling.
