Life Guard Health and Safety trainers have over 20 years experience in pre-hospital emergency care and many years experience instructing and assessing first aid.

Our staff have instructed and assessed first aid courses for the general public, community groups, teachers & students, child & aged care workers, general industry, corporate companies, rural industry and allied emergency health services etc.

Many of our trainers have been involved in the organization and participated in small / large scale incident training and counter disaster planning and training.

Excellent trainer. Very professional. Has a lot of knowledge in this field. Would definately reccommend to anyone doing first aid course. Lindsay keeps it interesting with his stories of previous experience in the ambulance service.
