Melinda Minerds has been a practicing naturopath for over 18 years and has the desire and knowledge to help others. She specializes in, but is not limited to women's health, allergies and behavioral disorders.

This can include:

- Symptoms of hormonal imbalance (menopausal symptoms, acne, PMT, headaches, heavy, painful, irregular or lack of menstruation, mood swings)

- Digestive disturbances (Food allergies and intolerances, reflux, irritable bowel syndrome, reflux, bloating, diarrhoea, constipation)

- Fatigue and low energy

- Weight loss or gain

- Behavioural symptoms (anger, loss of attention, fogginess, hyperactivity, depression, anxiety)

- Skin rashes or itchiness

- Fertility problems

At LIFE Health centre you can expect total confidentiality and respect during a consult. In an initial consult you will be asked many relevant questions about your past history and then testing will take place. Melinda is highly skilled and constantly updates her knowledge, so you can relax and be confident in the advice you are given. Follow-up consultations are useful for seeing improvement in overall health and specific areas. The testing will once again be performed so that you can see the results.

At the end of an in-depth session with Melinda, you will be guided and taught how best to maintain your health or overcome illness. Nutrition and exercise are key to optimizing our bodies full potential, therefore both of these are discussed in detail during a consult.
