I have been using this company for a few years and initially was very happy with their professionalism and standard. Communication with the company was great, they would always contact me if my cleaning day had to be changed or my cleaner was sick etc. However recently the quality of the job has dropped and the only communication has been their bills. My cleaner just stopped showing up with no notice or explanation from the company. Now, they do not communicate AT ALL.

Terrible company. Head office never communicates to cleaners properly, so dont show up, or on wrong days. Send bills for work not done, and cleaners leave aerly before time paid for. ANd when you try to talk to Brie via email or mobile, complete silence in return. DO NOT USE THEM. THe other 5 star reviews are obviously fake.
Finally I found a cleaning service that sent girls who could speak English which is not standard in this industry. It is quite frustrating when you cant communicate your cleaning needs to someone who doesn't understand English. Over the last couple of years we have had to change cleaners if someone left but I have found the replacement cleaners to be pretty consistent in the quality of cleaning. I would, and have recommended this service to other people.
I no longer support this review I wrote. Things have gone very bad with this cleaning service. My cleaner and previous cleaners I have ben given have brought their personal problems to work and dumped them on me while here. The cleaner I have been having complained to me about the management many times and told me to find another service as it wasn't going to get any better. In trying to sort this out with the management their solution was to sack me the client. I'm speechless as this a very unprofessional way to deal with staffing issues. You don't shoot the messenger. The management refuses to communicate with me on this issue which I feel is very cowardly behaviour. Communication with the management was also becoming an issue as they didn't get back to me until a couple of days or close to when the next clean was scheduled so I didn't know if anyone was actually coming to clean the house. Very poor and I no longer recommend this business.
My bathroom was recently renovated and had a film of grout covering most surfaces. Life Maid Easy came in and cleaned my bathroom from ceiling to floor, When they left it looked fantastic, the tiles were shining and all the powdery grout was gone. The mirrors and glass were spotless. Was very happy with the job they did and the professionalism of the team. Would recommend the service without hesitation.
