Life Supports is a professional and confidential counselling service located in Balwyn, Victoria. Founded by Marcus Andrews in 2004, Life Supports has expanded into a group of highly qualified and experienced counsellors who are recognised for their expertise in the field.

Life Supports counsellors are committed to delivering an exceptional counselling service to their clients and provide professional counselling to individuals, couples and family groups covering a wide range of issues.

Life can be difficult and challenging for us all at times, sometimes it can feel confusing, overwhelming or out of control. At these times, we can find ourselves feeling or behaving in ways that are not helpful to our relationships or general wellbeing.

Counselling is an opportunity for you to talk about your experience and gain some clarity, with the support of the counsellor, around the challenges you face and how best to manage those challenges moving forward.

Life Supports is pleased to provide the information sheets on various isses, e.g. Addictions, Depression, Family Violence, Problem Gambling and more more. They include facts, strategies and ideas on the topics below to help support you through challenging times.

ABI Services - Life Supports provides and Acquired Brain Injury Counselling and Rehabilitation service.

General Counselling - Counselling is a process of supporting you to identify and work through the issues that you bring to the counselling session. These may involve difficult life experiences or past issues that impact present feelings or behaviours. They include issues around Personal Relationships, Family Dynamics, Social or Work Life.

Family Counselling - Life Supports provide family counselling to facilitate greater harmony and more positive relationships within family groups. The process may involve just two or several members of the family working with the counsellor to better understand each others views and perspective.
