Exploring how you feel and what you really think can help you to solve conflicts and get insights into your inner self to better understand what are the forces that make you go.
I am offering a non-judgemental, empathic environment for us to work together, using different modalities as client-centred therapy, Theta Healing, Gestalt, Art and sand play therapies and Reiki.
These techniques do not require any previous experience or talent from your side and are tools for a better communication with different parts of your mind and a journey of self discovery, to allow you to find the answers within, to believe in your ability to take the steps you want towards a fuller, happier life. .
Some clients prefer to talk; some prefer to experiment with art, or engage in healing modalities. I am qualified in different techniques and the session will be tailored to your personal needs and wants, so you feel comfortable and empowered. In addition, I can utilise deep relaxation and visualisation techniques. These techniques help you to relax your mind and focus on your feelings and inner thoughts, for a deeper awareness of yourself and as an additional tool to help you achieve your goals.
