When I arrived was told there was a max half hr wait which I was happy to do. After 45 mins, asked how long it would be and was told they were just finishing up with the patient. Another 15 mins later was told the same thing. After waiting a total of 1 and half hours with no sign of going in, irritated I finally left as I had other appointments to attend. Obviously they have no concept of time and no regard to the fact that my time is also precious. Very disappointed with the service.
We recently had a patient in pain attend our dental surgery. The treatment provided to that patient took longer than was expected. The patient who already was booked was informed regarding the same as soon as she arrived regarding the situation. We also apologised to the patient who had to wait. After the patient went away the dentist as well as the receptionist left apology message on her mobile number. We do value everyones time. We apologize to the patient who had to wait as we were running late and we assure you that this was not intentional and we do value your time. If we are not mistaken this was the second time we were going to provide service to you when we were running late. I am sure you were happy with our services the first time and hence you booked the second appointment. Please give us an opportunity to make it up to you. Please call us. Thank you.
