From the start this gym has treated their members POORLY! First they close the evening crche with little to no communication to members, then they cut the weekend opening hours!! Not to mention the broken machines, the damaged and unsafe flooring in the aerobics room, the broken air con, broken fans! The list goes on! But I figured it was cheap so I got what I paid for! NOW they have decided to C LOSE for renovations and have given members 3 DAYS NOTICE!! NOT HAPPY!!
They haven't communicated with members and haven't told us when they will be re-opening. Now I'm hearing that they sold to Hardcore gym! I have paid $299 for 18 months membership! I should be reimburse me for the time that they remain closed. I will not travel to Erskineville or Marrickville as I joined up to use CARLTON, not the other clubs! I am recently joined this gym, they are great. I have a personal trainer whom looks after you to make sure everything is going well. Also the people at the gym are excellent there has not been one time that i have gone there and no one has seen if you were ok, they are always smiling willing to help you reach your goal.

It is really good to see such a happy group of people.

My Personal Trainer is excellent he checks in with me every 2 weeks to make sure things are going ok and to ensure the program he has given me is working and i am happy with it. They work around what you want.

They are one of the best gyms, this the right gym for everyone age and style.
