Josh has recently completed major renovations to our beautiful old federation home in Sandgate, helping us integrate the old with the new seamlessly. Josh and his amazing team of tradesmen, especially Tony and Luke, provided so much expert advice and amazing workmanship, which has made our dream home a reality. From start to finish the work was completed to the highest standard, and at no point did work stop. As this house was an old girl she did give us a couple of surprises at the start, which Josh kept us updated with at all times so at the end there were no nasty surprises. Would we work with Josh again if we renovated or recommend him to others? That is a definite yes.

Couldnt be happier with the work Josh and his team did on our recent renovations in Sandgate. In short, Josh and his team delivered on time, to budget and at a high quality. It was a time-pressured renovation due to growing family and we were able to complete on time mainly because of good estimating and good communication by Josh (and hard work by the team!). As with all renovations of older properties, you will stumble upon the odd challange, but Josh presented clear options with pros and cons. One important call out was around how well Josh's go-to contractors worked together (Elec, Plumbing, Tiling, etc) - especially evident over the short timeframe. Highly recommended.

We are thrilled with the design and quality of the extension to our home in Brighton. Josh is a great listener and communicator, he’s organised, keeps his finger on the pulse and manages to the end following up on every last detail until we were completely satisfied; any questions we had were answered within 24hrs. And he has and excellent team of tradesmen, friendly, happy, polite people who listened to any concerns and always found a way to work around and resolve anything unforeseen (BIG thank you to Phil and apprentice Jack). Lifestyle Home and Renovations first did some work for Jenny and myself about ten years ago. We had an old Queenslander at Bald Hills that needed some work - bathroom, powder room and office. We were more than happy with the result and the friendly service from Josh and his crew.
