Lifestyle Physiotherapy provides both the sporting and general population the benefit of fulfilling their own lifestyle requirements, be that a triathlon or a pain free day at work.

We offer a skilled assessment, an accurate diagnosis and a hands-on treatment approach. A special interest in biomechanics and importantly, personal experience in both sporting endeavours and injuries assist us in achieving the highest level of function and performance you can attain.

I have always lived an active life, cramming as much as possible into every day. I have had a go at all sorts of sports including running, competitive swimming, soccer and now triathlon (try-athlon in my case!).

Exercise & Sports Science was my first degree, it taught me the fundamentals of human physiology and biomechanics. It was here that I gained experience working with athletes to improve their performance, however, finding a problem and feeling ill-equipped to fix it lead me to physiotherapy...

I completed a Masters of Physiotherapy on the Gold Coast. Here my eyes were opened to the diverse field of physiotherapy. I spent time training in Intensive Care Unit physio, neurological and respiratory therapy. It was not long before I knew that musculoskeletal physiotherapy, and especially sports therapy was for me.

Since graduating I have worked in a purely hands-on practice where I gained invaluable experience with a vast range of populations. Now I have ventured out on my own and have opened a clinic where I provide a service that assists clients to improve their wellbeing, improve performance or reduce discomfort...no matter what your Lifestyle is! ...read more
