Light Up Willoughby

I experienced good customer service at this store. They offer a free design service. A chap named Rod ( he can only be described as the most cheerful man on the planet, so cheery !) arrived during the building process and he designed the lighting plan ( no charge for this ).
The electrician that the builder used did the wiring and i bought the fittings form Light Up. A fe show stopper pieces, and lots of standard.
Not high end designer with massive big price tags, though they do have some upmarket styles. Outdoor and indoor lighting and free advice.

The most shocking service my wife and I have

experienced in a long time! Rude and unprofessional staff who certainly need customer service training. Very silly as they missed out on a big sale. We went to the other Lite Up site who looked after us and had a great range. Speak to staff, it was so refreshing dealing with someone who is passionate about what staff does after our bad experience! I honestly don't know how Light Up Willoughby are still in business if they treat all customers they way they treated us!
