I bought a lamp from this store this afternoon. The saleswoman made a great effort at finding the lamp for my needs. She made a huge effort just to sell a $35 lamp. It was raining heavily this afternoon and as I left, she was gracious enough to escort me out of the store, covering me with an umbrella, she held the umbrella over me as I placed the item in the boot and then followed me to the drivers seat, ensuring I remain dry as I entered the car. Really nice caring people, who go out of their way to providing good service.
