No need to hide behind a pseudo name. Before you stopped to consider tarnishing our name, please explain to readers how the arm of a glass chandelier snapped off after sitting on your ceiling for 6 months untouched. You'd struggle to find one person (obviously besides yourself) that would actually believe your story to be plausible. And if you do, you've got one problem more than the damaged light fitting.
You've contacted Fair Trading Australia and they didn't find our store at fault, so now you've resorted to mud slinging on True Local.
Our offer still stands, I can get the chandelier body replaced for you at $135 dollars. Anywhere else you'd have to pay the full $310 for a whole new complete fitting.
Your damaged chandelier body is still sitting at the back of our store so please advise in writing if we should throw it out or if you'll come pick it up.
