Terrible customer service, rude staff who prioritise take away orders before dine in orders. 2 out of 3 meals were cold and complained about fried rice and it was brought back out to us after bbeing microwaved. Will Never go back!!!!

Probably the worst dining experience I can remember. Our order was confirmed twice but it still came to the table wrong. The Seafood combination had red meat & our Chicken Fillet was bone pieces. Had to wait 30 min for an order of prawn crackers & the staff was outright rude. The fried Shanghai dumplings were great, but I'll never be going back.

I love this place. A varied menu and super tasty. Yum cha is not rolled out on carts, but ordered off the menu. I suggest the squid but ask for it cornfloured not battered. We love you Anna!!! Have been in business for 22 years and are always adding or updating the menu. such an extensive menu. They always seem to do everything well from the basic sweet and sour pork to the slightly exotic, shred pork with chilli. yum.

we've been here a number of times & its yet to disappoint. It has your standard suburban chinese fare but then has many traditional items you'd generally only see closer to the city or in your chinese eatery hotspots a la Box Hill. It's dumplings are tasty, well textured, plentiful & cheap. the mains are just as tasty but your prices can go beyond the budget eater. Its decor is the only thing that is ho hum, but then it does bring that old suburban kitschy appeal.

Yummy chinese lunchboxes are great, but I suggest you try the dumplings. Yum.
