Founded in 2003, Lime and Soda Design has extensive experience in sustainability across both the residential and commercial sectors and specializes in Energy Efficiency Assessments for new homes, residential developments and extensions to existing homes.

Methods:
Energy Efficiency Assessments for both Deemed-to-Satisfy compliance (NCC method) and Thermal Modelling (Star Rating Method) for all Classes 1, 2, 4 and attached Class 10a buildings.

Accreditation:
I am accredited through the Association of Building Sustainability Assessors (ABSA) under the natHERS Energy Rating Scheme to perform NCC thermal performance Energy Assessments (using AccuRate Sustainability software) and Deemed-to-Satisfy assessments for all parts of Australia.
