Khun Omm, an award winning chef, is a self taught chef and matriarch of "Lime Leaves". She has been cooking real authentic Thai cuisine in Australia since 1996, and continues to apply the secrets of Thai food, preparing meals using fresh ingredients and the original style of cooking.
