Limousine Line

what can i say ... i would be wasting my time to write a review ...if you take note of all the other bad reviews and put them together that is what you will get.....but if you do insist on using them,heads up they can not tell the time ,driver left sense of customer satisfaction back in the 19 30s,and FYI take tour own sticky tape to put parts of the car back together.

DO NOT USE THEM , They didnt turn up at the airport , then they did turn up to take us back and said they were sorry !! and i will be given a full refund and that didnt happen after more than 8mths i received a cheque which BOUNCED, and after many calls they have promised me another cheque i wont be holding my breath for that one LAST CHANCE : (

worst service ever - we hired them for my Sons Wedding. Firstly they arrived 6 days before the Wedding. The driver was rude, grumpy and his driving was atrocious. Despite repeated attempts to receive some sort of confirmation of dates/times/payment it never happened. When they arrived at the reception the driver made the bridesmaids call me to say that we had gone over our booking time by 1 hour. Not true - we had booked and paid for 3 hours which was exactly the time he had been on the job. I wish I had of known to come here first and read the reviews.

received the worst service from this company the driver was rude and grumpy insisted our booking was for 5 althought it was for 5-30 when we went out to the car at 5-15 he insisted that our booking was for 5 and we would be charged extra for being late he continued to fight with us until we proved 5-30 email confirmation. The driver had radio talk back on the radio and refused to change the station we asked to play our music but he said the AUX cord was broken we ended up asking him to stop at one of the passengers houses so we could get a boom box to play our music. The glasses in the car were filthy and there was no ice supplied. on the way back to our drop off location he got lost and when one of the passengers started to tell him directions he snapped at her he knew where he was going and to be quiet. If I could give a -5 star review I would.... These people were the WORST limousine company and therefore I warn you NOT TO HIRE from them. When you ask for a quote, they call you up to ask you if you want the limousine or not, then they aggressively and rudely ask you for your credit card number to make a deposit. And if you don\'t give it to them they ask you to \"find somebody else\". Furthermore they are willing to give away the car you have booked to someone else. Not impressed..... What happened to customer service and customer comes first?... it seems that all these people want is your money and when they have it, nothing else matters... If you are planning a wedding, formal function or any other event that is special to you, do not use limousine line. That is all. I wish everyone the best of luck for their special occasion, not matter what it may be and hope that you find a good limousine company that actually takes care of its customers.
