Michael and the team are the most professional and amazing craftsman’s I’ve ever seen within a independent jeweller. After a few hiccups at the beginning the ring that was delivered far surpassed my expectations. He and the team handled everything superbly, and I definitely will be returning to him again. It’s nice to finally have someone that listened to what I want rather than just try to sell to you, and this is by far what separates Linda & Co from its competitors.
Baught a watch. They were really nice until I bought it and asked to come at any time for any adjustments but after I went they didn't even care and asked to wait for some time. We couldn't wait for that long they said that they can't do it the next day either. Customer service is terrible after purchasing the product. We had to get it done from a watch repair company for $10. Will never buy anything from Lynda & Co again. Will never recommend to anyone either.
Watch adjustments are carried out by expert watch specialists in a timely manner. We offer a free service unfortunatley are not instore at all times . Our apologies for your experience. If you decide to visit any Linda and Co store we will be happy to assist with any after sales service you might have. Also as a good gesture we will provide your next battery free of charge.
