I am still willing to accept my $80 back instead of staff pretending they don't know what to do and taking a 'cash grab'. I am not asking for compensation, but to make what is wrong - right (my money back). The jacket was inspected before the clean, the question asked if it could be cleaned, and the response 'yes it can be'. If the job was not done, then it only 'reasonable' to refund the money. Right?
As an honest guy, there is nothing more that I hate than someone being dishonest to me. Took my leather jacket to be cleaned, I was told by them they had the best leather cleaner in Sydney and would be done well. Cost $80 "upfront", which I paid. Jacket came back which looked just like a "wipe down" which you could have done at home. When asked to have a proper look, was told I needed to dish up another $50 for more cleaning. WHAT A JOKE! They may be the biggest in dry cleaners in Sydney, but they don't care about their customers.
I have had many leather garments cleaned form these guys and have always been happy with them.

I had something dry cleaned here yesterday and I have to say I was impressed.
The lady on the desk was very polite and kindly showed me how to work the pick up box (where you can collect your items after hours). Very easy & convenient! & I cant forget quite cheap! The one day service was exactly what I needed!
I will definitely recommend to friends & family!!
