The Lion's Den Academy is a great friendly gym with full equipment to suit your training needs with the full assistance and care from instructor.
I have been a member over two years and I attend training there religiously. I have learnt alot from kickboxing, I have gained experience, strength, power and self defence. I have lost weight from this strenuous exercise/fitness regime.
I really recommend this place, it is reasonably affordable which is totally worth it.
Not just kickboxing but also provides boxing, pankration, jiu jitzu, mix martial arts, kid's classes, women's classes and men's classes.
You'd be silly to miss out on this place.
