Set amid farming land and nestled against a backdrop of rolling hills the Port Lincoln Lions Hostel is the perfect retreat for groups of all sizes. From this peaceful rural setting you will experience some of the most amazing sunrises over Boston Island.We have a newly built accommodation block and well-equipped commercial kitchen since the 2006 bushfire that destroyed both. The large indoor games, recreation and function has a large indoor barbecue area. There is lots of wide-open spaces for outdoor activities. Our accommodation block contains 16 rooms each accommodating six or eight people, including sleeping configurations suitable for couples and family groups. Easily accessed from the Lincoln Highway at North Shields just 11 kilometres north of Port Lincoln. The hostel is located just minutes from the foreshore of beautiful Boston Bay with a jetty for fishing, a safe swimming beach and boat ramp.The Port Lincoln airport is just two kilometres away from the hostel and a service station and hotel are an easy five - ten minute walk.Resident managers will be on hand to ensure your stay at the Lions Hostel is great fun and fondly remembered. ...read more
