In December 2017 I made an onine order for EOS lib balm on Lip Balm Lands website. Goods have not been delivered despite payment being made. Multiple attempts at contact have been ignored. Agree withPhanessa that this is not a legitimate business. Do not buy off this site or through this company.
In September 2017, in good faith, I made an online order for EOS lip balm on Lip Balm Land's website. I then made payment via bank charge MY order was acknowledged & an order reference number given. It has now been 3 months & despite many emails & messages sent I have not received my order. The worst part is Lip Balm Land have ignored every correspondence made, yet were happy to keep my money. I don't believe this is a legitimate business & warn anyone thinking of making an order online.
I ordered once from them in 2016 without issue. I thought I'd try them again so made a purchase of just under $50. Not only did my purchase never arrive, my follow-up emails (and message sent via the 'contact us' page on their website) went unanswered and all follow-up phone calls over the last 4 weeks have also gone unanswered. I foolishly paid via credit card and have since lodged a transaction dispute.
I've since managed to find an ebay seller within the same state as this business who sell the same products at a much more competitive price + cheaper postage + items already delivered.
Will not be using this business again.
Very poor customer service. Delivery took 8 working days to arrive and was missing an item. Left messages via email and 1800 number with no reply. Money was refunded via PayPal - even though I asked to have item delivered if in stock - which it was. They obviously didn't want to pay the extra postage. Would have been nice if someone called me or returned my email. Would not recommend this website.
