Lisa is the worst mannered hairdresser in Australia. Only went there because my hairdresser couldn't fit me in. She was rude about the other hairdressers around.
Her attitude was rude and she was rough. When I complained, she decided to charge extra $25 just to wash out the colour. I asked to see the price list, which she waved in front of me saying that she didn't need to show the price. Will report to Business Ombudsman.
Should have read the reviews....
I went past this salon a few months ago now and asked for a wash and blow wave.
She did a great job and was very friendly. Most places in the area rip you off but her prices are very affordable. She always tries to fit me in even when busy. I don't see any problem at all. In fact she is a very kind, down to earth lady and always caters to my needs.
Wish I saw these comments before I visited this salon! I needed a haircut real badly and I happened to be in the area with only 40 mins spare time. I walked pass this salon and thought "Great! No lines!" As I steped in the shop, I had a bad feeling as there was not a single customer there (Of course! That's why there's no line!) nor any other stylist. Worst decision! She doesn't listen at all. She thinks she knows better and just styled as she wished. I tried to communicate throughout, but she just kept on doing what she thought right. (It's my hair! ) When I showed dissatisfaction when she's done, she basically told me it's my problem with my taste for not appreciating the style. There's a good reason why this salon was empty!
Word of warning - do not ever go there. Does not listen to what your want; does not have the technical skills to support their claim of have extensive hairdressing experience - where?; bizarre, erratic behaviour. Anyone who lives in the area will know that every time you walk past this salon in busy Glenferrie Road it is mostly empty - I feel like going in and warning the poor unsuspecting customer who is most likely a "walk in" to get out of there before they ruin their hair!
I absolutely agree wholeheartedly and am thinking of taking this aggressive, rude staff to VCAT. I was humiliated, spoken to so rudely, and was shocked. Staff will NEVER have a full shop. I changed my mind after sitting in chair. because my instincts told me staff was not stable and rude AND DID NOT KNOW WHAT STAFF WAS TALKING ABOUT!!!!. I was in chair for 2 mins and gave $20.00 for their "time". Staff snatched it from me and abused me. SOMEONE NEEDS to DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!! Please do not go there!!!!!! NO SKILLS and NO customer service manner!!
Simply rang up lisa for a price on a colour and cut.... She replied when do you want to come in? I said I want a price please? She said so you are obviously price driven? I said no I just want a price!? She said you can go somewhege else probably cheape... In such an rude and unhelpful tone of voice!!! I can't believe the lack of customer service skills.
