Management should be made aware and buyers alike that supplier, who supplies the Lisa Gowing gowns at the Edgecliff store in Sydney, provides z class customer service. In an online enquiry in which I requested to be told the prices of four bridal dresses and the prices of four veils, this arrogant staff gave only approximate range; and refused in a second email asking them the prices again. Staff was notified I was from interstate; and arrogantly told me to find out the prices I would have to travel interstate to view the dresses to find out the exact price. I said I would take my business elsewhere; and staff was happy to lose me. As this would mean less work for them to serve a customer in their mudane pathethic job. Staff has no drive. If I was the boss I'd get rid of this staff; as I have email evidence of staff not wanting a potential sale.
