As a big lover of food I have gained some unwanted Kgs that I wanted to sort out. After seeing the adds on TV I thought I would give it a go, at first it was a little bit tough but after my 5th week I am really loving the ease of it all!! I love having more variety for breakfasts and lunches than I did before, and enough snacks to tie me over. I think the dinners are a little harder for me as I do like to cook (but usually just too much) but on a busy day not having to go to the supermarket is just perfect! Give it a go...I'm glad I did!
