After searching for a long time for a mushroom pate I tried Little Acre Foods' mushroom pate at the Adelaide Central Markets and was wowed by the flavour. We also tried some duck rillettes which were equally amazing. We tracked them to the Willunga Farmers Market and went to town on their pork rillettes and terrine as well. All fantastic.
