My purchase of this product and subsequent interaction with a staff, a simple attempt to get the quantity measured by the "bugditioner" scoop or the scoop itself (which was absent from the package I received), was the most unprofessional and unpleasant interaction I have had with any commercial business enterprise.
They refused to respond to my emails (multiple emails over 10 days) until I contested the transaction - they then responded within hours, called me an incompetent liar and insisted that I lost the scoop because they "definitely sent it". They refused to tell me the amount measured by the scoop, stating it's "a trade secret", but promised to send another scoop that never arrived.
My entire kit, minus the scoop, is still sitting in a draw (4 years later) because I don't know how much "bugditioner" I am supposed to add.
I ordered from their website 3 months ago thinking it looked really cool. Have yet to deliver the products I paid for. I have called and emailled numerous times but no one answers. Very disappointing! Do not buy from them!!!!
Maybe you can try a charge back or ask for help from your bank about the matter. I did that 1 month after placing order since they didn't reply to emails nor did they answer their phone anymore. In my earlier phone conversation with the staff behind the line, said was really busy. -_-
Same here! Ordered mine in December and only got through to them once when someone said they had run out of puggles.. BS! This probably used to be a great business.
