Quality Hand made Gourmet Cheeses and Yoghurts.Locally owned and operated Cheese factory that is open to the public, 7 days a week, 10 am to 4 pm. Watch the cheese being made and packed from the viewing windows. Taste test the range of wonderful handmade cheese. Talk to the owners and cheesemakers for a informative discussion on the processes. You can also purchase direct from the shop along with other goodies in the shop. Check out the wonderful collection of Cheesey items in the display cabinet. After visiting the factory take a walk around the old heritage Dairy and down to the beautiful Wyong River, which is a perfect location for a picnic or somewhere to enjoy the cheeses that you have just purchased.

WOW, I have never had such nice cheese, all handmade. The owners are the cheese makers and only staff and so friendly. Happy to tell you all about their factory and cheeses ..... the cheese tasting was out of this world. A must for next time I am in the area. Highly recommended.
