Would not recommend this company. Our washing machine was damaged in transit and costing over $500 to diagnose and fix the issue. After providing photos, quotes receipts, insulting conversations from the local servicer and absolute denial from the national manager it was decided that 4 weeks after the incident we were not deserving of any compensation. The local servicer wanted to come into our home and look at the washing machine himself and insinuating the machine was broken prior. When requesting manager details ro take the matter further his reply was "google it". We were originally offered a pitiful $100 compensation however was told if negative reviews were posted that this offer would not stand. Keep your $100 little green truck , would rather get the warning out there to prevent this from happening to other hardworking vulnerable families.
Just had Ray and Craig move our household goods from Murrumba Downs to Caboolture. Great old fashioned service from two top blokes who worked together professionally and efficiently to get the job done far quicker and with less stress than I could have done with a few mates and a hired truck. Great rates too considering the truck and expertise of two fine gentleman. Seriously, I would recommend box everything up that you can, gather together all of the furniture and odd shaped articles, give the Little Green truck a call, pitch into help load & unload if you can to get the job done quicker (they’ll happily do it all otherwise) and it’s all be done with far less stress than attempting to play Tetris in the back of the truck yourself while wondering how you’re going to make it all fit and what is going to survive the journey. The only way to move at a great price...thanks again Ray and Craig!!

We bought quite a lot at the tip shop and were talking about hiring a ute. The lady at the shop gave us the business card for Little Green Truck. We phoned him and he gave us a time that he could pick it all up from the tip and take it home. We arranged to meet him there so hubby could help, as there was some big stuff. We got a cement mixer, chicken coop, 20 garden rocks and a mulcher. By the time we arrived, most of it had been loaded onto the truck.
The guy was very professional. Very prompt. Very friendly. We now keep his business card in the car in case we make big purchases again. Oh..... And the cost was very reasonable. Cheaper than hiring a ute.
