Just wanted to say that I have the best property manager at Little, Matthew Jackson who is always so nice and helpful and wonderful. The last few years with Matthew looking after me has been great and I have no hesitation in highly recommending him and his team at Little Real Estate.

they got serious issues with communication. had to spend ages in ensuring the person on the phone goes through the following basic steps of communication after every word with a pause of 2 seconds between every word:
# Listen the word
# Understand the word
# Interpret the word - in your own native language
# Follow it in the sentence
# understand the sentence so far
# Respond to the speaker as "mm" so he speaks the next word

Someone must do something about it.

- Hard to contact - never called back

- Rude and unhelpful when I did eventually get in contact

- Will try and add fee's every chance they get

- Wrong paperwork sent to me during tenant transfer therefor prolonging the process

- Would not send me a copy of the lease agreement

- Was forced to pay other tenants fees and threatened to be vacated if I did not

I rented from this real estate agent, I am not sure if they are understaffed or what the problem is, but there was an almost complete inability to communicate important information to and from the landlord. The agent was unprofessional with errors in paperwork, not returning calls. We had to ring many times and still do not get any action. Our house remained listed on website for 2 months after we had moved in resulting in people peering through our windows and snooping around. We had a minor leak that turned into substantial damage over a five month period that cause significant cost to the landlord and inconvenience to us. It was no surprise that the agent failed to notify the landlord earlier it was the same story with everything- sorry I wrote a note to myself to call but must have forgot, sorry your email went to my junk mail, sorry I didn't get your voice message ect.
