Little Real Estate

Little Port Melbourne is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Would not recommend them as an owner or a renter. My boyfriend and I were excited to be getting our first apartment together after living abroad and unfortunately found ourselves trusting the staff of Little. There was water damage from the previous owner dating back to April. Instead of fixing the floors in the 3 months the apartment sat vacant, they did nothing about it and showed the apartment anyway. Sheridan and all the staff at Little assured us every week that the warped floorboards would be replaced before we moved in and had nothing to worry about. That was 3 months ago and no progress has been made. Not to mention she broke our blinds before we moved in and took over 2 weeks after I submitted a maintenance request for something she had done! I have just moved out of my apartment After buying my a house of my own. I would just like to say that it's been a pleasure to deal with Sheridan from little real estate. Sheridan is the best property manager that I have dealt with since I have moved to melbourne. (12 years and 4 properties) She is a great comunicater, is promt when dealing with any issues that may arise and is kind and considerate when dealing with both tenants and owners needs. I can totally recommend both Sheridan and Little real state at Port Melbourne as either a owner or tenant.
