Probably not the best choice to come here if you want a quiet chat with someone for drinks. Seats were limited and music was really loud.
Came here for Friday night drinks and found myself shouting to have a conversation.
They do have some free canapés offered which was to my surprise quite delicious but goes too quickly before it could make its way around the bar.
This is fun fun bar/club which is oriental inspired and a good place for afterwork drinks on a Thursday and Friday night. Every so often on a Wednesday they do a really fun Japanese themed quiz night which I've gone to with colleagues. If you have the Bar Bait app you can get some really good cocktail specials. They have Asahi on the tap which is fantastic. Great atmosphere and lively vibe.
Stylish decor, delicious food and subtle mood lighting make Little Red Pocket a fun spot to see and be seen by the beautiful people. Happy hour drinks are good value and there is something on the menu for everyone. Exotic offerings such as sparkling sake go beautifully with the crab croquettes and the avocado tempura. It would be great if venues such as this could find a balance between music and excess noise!
Went here on the weekend, it was getting quite full but a very lively atmosphere. The music was a little louder and the genre was very different to our usual visits on Wednesday nights but unless we were standing next to the speakers we could still chat amongst each other so that was a plus. Food quality was still there even when it was busy so we were pleased to see that the standard didnt drop. Teamed with their unique sparkling sake, we've yet to find it available at any other bar so LRP definitely wins our vote there!
Went here on a Saturday night, the bouncers were friendly and nice. The bar staff were great and friendly too. The place is quite small and intimate so it was quite squashy when it started getting packed. I felt the bar was quite limited on the range of drinks they served. The music was a bit too loud for a bar, so I often found myself having to scream to have a conversation. Overall, a standard bar, nothing special that stood out. I would go back if I was around the area, but I wouldn't go out of way to go there.
