Little Swallows Cafe Restaurant

Had a very enjoyable meal here with friends. Great atmosphere being able to sit outdoors and watch the nightlife. Food was great. I had a lasagne whilst my friends had the veal and pasta dishes. We than topped it off with a lovely shared dessert. Would reccommend this restaurant for those who want a casual relaxed dining experience with great service.

I had the yummiest meal, I ordered the chicken gamberi it was so delicious it was chicken cooked in a creamy avocado sauce with prawns. The serves was excellent and the home made panna cotta made the ending of the meal fantastic! Will definitely be going back to try some pizza or pasta.

Worst restaurant EVER. Two hour wait for meals and poor quality. Same management for over 21 years yet can't have a decent kitchen staff?

The food is terrible I ordered a veal scaloppini with white wine sauce and my wife ordered salt and pepper squid. The white wine sauce was uncooked and tasteless. The squid was tough and revolting. They have no idea how to cook let alone Italian food.



The Little Swallows used to be an iconic Hamilton Restaurant but no more. Food is not fit to eat and the wine was undrinkable.

Since this place was taken over by new owners it has thrived. Food is great hearty Italian, good prices and BYO.
