This is my absolute go-to pharmacy. The assistants are always friendly, and additionally the pharmacist always takes the time to explain medications when it's your first time picking up a prescription, and gives advice and suggestions without overly 'up-selling' any products. I will go out of my way to visit this pharmacy wherever possible.

Today was probably the last straw for me to post this review because I'm clearly very upset with one of the assistant there.. The staff was always unpleasant to me I'm not sure why but today the staff made eye contact with me when the staff qas serving someone and I came to pay for a box of nappy next in line. The staff finished serving the person in front then turned around talk to another assistant and a customer about something.. then I thought the staff would turn around to serve me but the staff walkef off to the dispensary and served other people. When the staff finished serving 2 people at the dispensary the staff made eyes contact with me. The staff clearly saw me but ignored me. Very unprofessional. Never coming back. Been going there to buy nappy the past year I rather drive an extra few kms to a chemist who treat with a smile. Because the past year this assistant never said Hi hello or thank you or even a bye. Have you even shopped there before? I have been treated with nothing but care and respect for my private issues. You honestly need to get a grip and start appreciating the little things in life.
Didnt u read what I wrote? I used to there all the time, whats wrong with voicing my feedback? U may have good experience that doesnt mean I did? That one assistant always treat me like s**t.. if thats how I get treated why would I come back? U didnt experienced what I did so u have no rights to ask me to get a grip. Im sure if u get treated the way I was treated u would probably be just upset. I came back to that chemist everytime I shop at coles but that last time the assistant. Ignore and gave me a disgusted look it was my final staw. No need for that kind of rudeness. A smile saves a person's life.
