Little's Surf Centres

I can honestly say I never thought I would step into a *surf centre*, but on this occasion we were looking for a hat! So, what better place to buy a hat than a surf shop? Going by the name *Little's* we assumed it was a store for children, but it actually catered for ALL ages - children to adults and their range includes luggage, hats, belts, long pants, jackets, shorts, towels, sports shoes, thongs and more. The staff were super helpful and were happy to spend time assisting hubby to find a hat. We were both surprised by what they actually sold including watches and sunglasses. A large store well set out and not cluttered, the hats were displayed on a wall so they were easy to see and look through :-)

Highly disappointing experience. Bought a t-shirt as a present and the next day went to exchange it for a larger size. They did not have the same shirt in a larger size at the lake haven store nor any of their other stores. After not finding anything to exchange it for, they would not refund me under any circumstances.
Do not buy a present for someone, if it doesn't fit and they do not have a different size, you are forced to get a store credit.
I will not be returning to littles surf shop. Beach n surf at toukley is more accommodating and I knew I should have gone there in the first place.
