An amazing business, Sophia is kind inspirational an knowledgeable.
Extremely affordable prices. Personal training with nutrition cost me $30 per session and i also do a boxing class, which was quite full on in a group session with a few other friendly girls which was $10 for 90 mins with a proper warm up and cool down with great stretching. Lost 15kg in 5 months Thank you so much Sophia
