Aged (helping frail older people and those living with dementia to maintain their independence through Home and Community Care services);
Disability (promoting self-reliance while supporting people to lead more active, rewarding and fulfilling lives through a series of programs including Ability Links); Carer (giving those caring for a loved one who is aged, has a disability or mental illness support and respite from care giving through our Dementia Respite service, the Commonwealth Carer Respite Centre and in-home support post hospital stay);
Aboriginal (maintaining stable housing, making connections to community services and improving children's education) and
Child & Family (through Early Links, building parenting skills, early intervention, preschool education and special needs support programs).
