Living With Pride: Enhancing LGBT Lives Counselling Service

My name is Don and I provide professional counselling services to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community members and beyond. I am an experienced counsellor who uses a person-centred, non-judgemental and holistic approach allied to a wellness perspective to assist with issues of relationships and families, substance use and misuse, suicide, depression, anxiety, sexual orientation and gender.

My aim is for my clients to discover their ability to thrive by unlocking the tremendous potential each person has to be healthy and heal if needs be. I use techniques that assist the building of a relationship of trust with my clients and within this relationship change becomes almost inevitable. I honour my client's values and accompany them while they restore the balance between their values and behaviours. I will deal with my clients in a non-judgemental and confidential manner with respect, empathy and interest.

I charge $80 per hour with the first session free (provided the second session is paid for at the time of the first). I am available on Wednesday, Thursday, (10.00 am to 5.00 pm) Saturday and Sunday (10.00 am to 4.00 pm) by appointment. ...read more
