RUDE!! Went in on the weekend - walked around for 10 minutes without being greeted whatsoever. They close at 5pm and mind you while it was only 4.50pm, he decided to turn off all of the lights, music and lock the doors.. What a way to get rid of customers. And a shame because we had a whole house to furnish. It was merely a quick look around and we would have returned when we had more time during the week to purchase as we liked quite a lot. Also, a year ago i found the same piece of furniture online for $100 cheaper. I politely asked if they could match the price and he rudeley said NO, why dont you buy that then. So i did!! And thats why people shop online forcing small businesses into the ground. Very unprofessional and will not be returning. I ended up going to Freedom who gave me the best service and called me by my name. That is where we purchased everything.

Service is non existent. I have been into this store on two separate occasions when visiting from interstate. I really like the furniture they have available but it's a shame the service is so bad. On my first visit my details were taken after I asked for assistance and it seemed that selecting furniture for my new home was going to eventuate. After a week or so I had heard nothing so contacted the store to be informed that the sales person was not available and I would be contacted. Still waiting! OK so I gave them a second chance and visited again because the furniture is great. This time I did not even bother to ask for assistance after being ignored for the entire time I was in the store. There was a number of things I was keen to purchase but really it was not worth the effort to spend my money here. I went to a store in Sydney instead where I was acknowledged as I entered through the door and my furniture was purchased, promptly delivered and installed.

I was new to the area and had money to spend and was hoping for a great shopping experience as I love the furniture and lighting range at this store . Never will I step foot into this store again , with staff that don't even acknowledge or don't want to and rudeness. Such a shame as they have lost a valuable customer . I will know be traveling to Melbourne for my furniture and lighting.

Great store, with a very large selection of quality contemporary furniture and accessories. Found absolutely everything I was looking for in the one place with no need to go anywhere else.

The Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful with an impressive knowledge of design and style. I was assisted in fitting out an entire living space... and love it! Will definitely be returning.
