Livingroom Restaurant

Wonderful place for dinner. The food is of high quality and it's obviously prepared with care and imagination. Cheers to the chef. In addition, I was impressed by the fast service and sparkling-clean restrooms.

We were very impressed by both the food and the service at the Livingroom Restaurant. As we have two small children, it is not so easy to find eateries which welcome them as well as us! Both us and the kids enjoyed the delicious food and friendly atmosphere.

Greeted by friendly & courteous staff, we enter into a rustic yet fancy home. The Livingroom immediately set expectations high. Despite its chic appearance, staff assured us how kids are very welcome. Dining with our 4-year-old son, we were instantly made comfortable. This family run business was immediately apparent - the chef with 2 young children. Upstairs they had plenty of toys, books, and crayons, making them well equipped to entertain our often-irreverent child. Now, lets focus on what we came to samplethe food!

One of our favourite little restaurants! Food always spot on, friendly staff and has the comfort of eating at home. Also in the entertainment book - win win.

This place is a hidden gem. Cosy and comfortable, with food and service to match. I found the staff really friendly and knowledgeable - great food and wine matching suggestions.
The menu is well thought out and balanced using some tried and true combinations.
Great dishes..."how you say..."Modern European". I had the hand-rolled gnocchi with lamb, peas, olives and napoli sauce. "Just like Nonna used to make"...well sort of!
Obviously the place has changed chef since the previous review...no prawn pasta dish in sight and plenty of side dishes. Pumpkin, feta and walnut salad was awesome!
Anyway, highly recommended!!
