Absolutely disgusting customer service. Extremely rude from the second I walked in. Also very overpriced. If you don't want alteration business then don't advertise it, instead of quoting a ridiculously inflated price. I usually use the alteration place at Southlands but as a small business owner myself I thought I would support local a business.
